Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return. Exceptions include customised or personalised products (e.g. custom-print tees, embroidered caps, custom phone cases), intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale. If your item arrived damaged or defective, it is always eligible regardless of category.

How to Start a Return
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select the order you'd like to return. Click 'Request Return', choose your reason, and submit. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a return authorisation with next steps.

Return Method
Approved returns are dropped off at a designated drop-off location provided in your return authorisation email. We do not currently offer home collection. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before drop-off to avoid damage in transit.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees on any return. You will not be charged for returning an item, provided it meets the eligibility criteria above.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your provider.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in your return authorisation.
